Order
Once you have placed your order and been charged, we cannot modify the components.
We are sorry for the inconvenience, but you will have to wait until you receive.
If you want to change the address, you can try to email support@gens-du-monde.com, and maybe we can help you. If not, you must wait until you receive the tracking number, and then you can contact the shipping agency and change it.
Requesting a cancellation is not possible. By completing your purchase, you agree to our terms of use.

Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
Our logistics operator will contact you if there is a failed delivery to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. If you prefer, you can contact the transport services handling your order directly through their website or by calling them to arrange a new delivery.
There are two main reasons why you may not have received your order:
- Wrong address: Please check if the provided address is correct.
- Failed deliveries: Our carrier, Aramex, will attempt to deliver the package up to two times. If delivery fails, they may leave the package at a parcel shop.
If the order cannot be delivered and is returned to the sender, we will issue a refund once the package is received at our warehouse. Please note that we do not re-ship orders.
Deliveries
Yes, we do ship overseas! We offer international shipping to many countries around the world. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination. During the checkout process, you can select your country and see the available shipping options and costs.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. For more information, please contact our customer service team.

Care
We select and test fabrics to ensure that all garments may be machine-washed easily. That said, please follow the care instructions of each garment.. When in doubt, hand wash always wins. And if you want to use the washer, please place them with similar colors.
Our three rules to go by:
- Hand wash — For delicate items stick to spot cleaning only. Otherwise, handwash cold with a mild detergent to maintain the colour and feel. Leave to soak for a few minutes, then treat with a fabric conditioner in the final rinse to keep its feel. Rinse well in cold water and avoid wringing, keep to line drying your garment inside-out, away from the sunlight.
- Wash cold — Wash clothes in cold water, as opposed to warm or hot, and always wait until you have a full load. Hang or lay flat to dry.
- Steaming and ironing — Turn your garment inside out and iron it on the lowest setting. Spray some water to help straighten out the wrinkles. Do not iron on print.
Sizing
When buying online, it can be hard to know what's the perfect size for you. To ensure you can order your garment with the perfect fit, we have included a sizing guide below all items on the website.
Our sizing is true to size unless stated otherwise. If you prefer an oversized fit, we recommend ordering one size larger than your usual fit.
