Shipping & Delivery Information
Order Processing Times
Orders placed after 10:00 AM (GMT) may be processed the next business day. Processing and shipping times may increase during special collection drops, holidays, and other peak periods.
We are unable to modify the shipping address or shipping method once the order has been placed.
Changing a Shipping Address
We cannot modify the shipping address or shipping method after checkout.
Once an order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for tracking the delivery of their package once it leaves our warehouse.
International Shipping & Costs
International shipping rates vary. At checkout, shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the estimated weight of your package.
Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch):

Failed Delivery / Return to Sender / Abandoned Parcels
If the recipient is unavailable for all delivery attempts, the package will be held at a local center for pickup. If the customer does not retrieve the package for any reason, it will be returned to Gensdumonde at the customer’s expense.
For international customers, if you refuse to accept your parcel, it will be returned to Gensdumonde at your expense. This includes any shipping costs and applicable duties and taxes incurred. These costs will be deducted from the refund total.
Packages held in customs for over 30 days will be considered abandoned. Abandoned packages are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Damaged / Open Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been opened, please take a photo of the damage before inspecting the contents. File a claim with the shipping carrier used for delivery. Also, please contact us at support@gens-du-monde.com.
