Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want every order to meet your expectations. If something isn’t right, you’ll find all the details on how to return your item(s) below.


Return Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Conditions for Returns

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received:

  • an item with a major defect (e.g., noticeable tears, rips, significant stains), or
  • the wrong size or a completely different product than what you ordered,

We will replace it at no extra charge.
If the item is no longer available, you may keep the one you received and we’ll issue a full store-credit refund.

Please note: Minor imperfections—such as loose threads, slight shade variations, or faint marks—do not qualify as major defects.

Returns Due to Sizing

If your item doesn’t fit, you can send it back for a size-related return.
Return shipping costs for sizing issues are covered by the customer, not by GENSDUMONDE.

Once the returned parcel shows as delivered to our warehouse, we’ll proceed with the refund.

How to request a sizing return:

  1. Contact us via email or Instagram DM to start the process.
  2. We’ll share the return address.
  3. Include a note inside the package with your order number.
  4. Ship the item using tracked shipping and keep the tracking details until your refund is completed.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a major defect, an incorrect item, or the wrong size being sent by us.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued after your return has been delivered, inspected, and approved.
Please allow some time for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
